Bookings

The minimum stay is 7 nights.  The prices below are based on 4 guests.  There is a €45 per night fee for each additional guest.

• No security deposit required

• 30% of total payment due at time of booking to confirm.

• Remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival date.

• Booking deposits are non-refundable

• If you cancel 60 to 90 days prior to arrival, 50% of the final payment will be refunded.

• Less than 60 days notice is non refundable.

• Check in 3pm (self check in with lockbox)

• Check out 10am (late checkout available on request and subject to availability) 

• No stags and hens

• Pets allowed (must be informed before making the booking) 

• No smoking

• Children welcomed (children under 2 are free of charge and we can provide one travel cot and high chair) 

• Main booker must be over 25 years old

• Low allergen environment 

• 14 guests max
